It is the most finished stay in the valley: organic linens, high-end furnishings, a Finnish wood-burning sauna, and a network of private hiking trails that reach four waterfalls on the property, walked with a guide. Toucans, hummingbirds and monkeys are the neighbours. The cabin sleeps four across two bedrooms and is strictly adults only, with no children under twelve. Mindo village, with its birding guides, chocolate makers and the cable car to the waterfalls, is a short drive down the hill.
